We are the McBride’s— based out of central Louisiana. After trying an expensive flat, I was one of the unlucky ones that they just did not work for. By the end of month one I had completely walked the color off the side of my shoes. It was heartbreaking, considering the price tag.
So we started dreaming a little bit about a shoe that would be soft, comfortable, foldable, affordable and would wear beautifully on the foot. In just a few short months our The Storehouse Flats were born!
We offer genuine leather available in 19 colors year round and 1-2 special edition prints or colors each month! They are soft and ready to wear right out of the box and our customers couldn't be happier!
We started with an order of 300 shoes and it was so scary— but our chance paid off!! Last year we sold around 3000 pairs and that has grown to more than 6000 as we have expanded to boutiques this year!
