What is your return and exchange policy?

• Here at The Storehouse Flats, we like to keep things simple. We take returns/exchanges within the first 7 days after your shoes show as delivered. If your shoes were a part of the huge cyber sale (25%+ off), these are final sale or you may exchange. To exchange please email us the tracking number when you have mailed your shoes back. We will then email you a checkout code to “purchase” an exchange pair for only shipping cost. If you purchased a FULL priced shoe, we follow the same protocol, but your code will cover the shipping cost for the exchange shoe coming to you. We do not cover shipping  for any returns or exchanges! 
  
  
  
• Please note: If shoes are returned and appear worn, you will not receive a refund and you will forfeit your shoes.
